4" BOX SUPPORT

Looking for a Caddy box support so that you can mount box to pencil rod.

I ask because someone someone said that they use cbs bats to support all their 4" boxes above hung ceiling. I thought there were supports that could attach to the pencil rod for the 4" boxes .

We prefer a CBS bar. MFC's never seem to end up where you need the box.

Do you happen t have a pic of how cable/conduit(3/4"/1") is supported above a hung ceiling? Is it mostly supported from that lath(black iron) or from the rod(pencil rod)?

Sorry I know Im killing you. So if you have hung(acoustical) ceiling and you have devices(clg. sensors, etc.) that are right on the middle of a ceiling tile is the only way to support the box with one of these
