(E) Not Located in Bathrooms. In dwelling units, dormitories, and guest rooms or guest suites, overcurrent devices, other than supplementary overcurrent protection, shall not be located in bathrooms.

It doesn't even need to be in a separate space if this is a restaurant.

That said is this closet just an electrical closet with 110.26 clearances or is it also a storage closet? Once the inspector is long gone I promise you it will become a storage closet:happyyes:

Thanks kwired, the intent of the closet is to keep the drunks from playing electrician. It's actually a bar.
