Transformer Secondary Conductors.

I was reading the October Electrical contractor magazine and in the "Code in Focus" section the author explains the number of sets of secondary conductors off of a transformer and the various ways to install greater than (1) set of secondary conductors.

This has long been a point of discussion in our office. I agree with the author. Do others agree or disagree?
