OK, let's be real here: unless you only put one bedroom per 20 amp plug circuit (which I really doubt), you have the potential for two heaters on a 20 amp circuit.

Which do you think is more of a problem: 1 1500 watt heater on a 15amp circuit, or 2 1500 watt heaters on a 20 amp circuit?

It is no longer a problem to the user after they change the circuit breaker to a 30 amp, is what I usually run into.

The extra heat from the wiring in the walls gives a nice "radiant heat" comfort factor too.
