It may, but check its output DC voltage. It should be higher than the battery voltage it is going to charge.

You might want to check the manufacturers website. Some are rated for a variety of voltages and some have provisions to change connections for different voltages. All of the 240 volt units I have seen will work on 208 but some require simple alterations.

If it is a Switch Mode it should. If transformer rectifier not likely unless the transformer has taps. This is one question you have to ask the manufacture, not on a forum.
