Does not show anywhere , I'll bet it is not listed.

I have the exact same one as in the product video (not the photo) except mine has the name Globe on the front. It does have a UL sticker on it and is listed as a "Current Tap".

Good questions. AFAIK they are beyond what is covered in NEC, and are no different than other equipment that may be plugged into an otherwise NEC compliant receptacle.
