I cannot find in the 2011 NEC where m/c cable is not suitable for damp locations. I was advised the m/c cable would have to be stamped "suitable for damp location". I have researched and have not been able to locate a mfg that stamps the m/c cable for damp locations. They mfg for wet locations. Can you advise if m/c cable is suitable for damp locations and which article I need to research? Thanks

330.10 uses permitted says (3)indoors or outdoors, but then you need to look at (11) which is wet locations. I would probably just have an issue with it since it will rust.
