Can you provide more information?

Are you looking for people protection (5mA level), equipment protection (30mA level), or general GF protection (>1A)?
For panel (bus bar) mounting or stand alone?
UL Listed?

I have never heard of one.

Information from the UL White book is:
Category KCXS covers Class A (Personal Protection) GFCIs, voltage is never mentioned.
Category KCYC cover Specialty GFCIs, specifically address voltages greater then 150V to ground, minimum current listed is 15mA, specifically says these rely on 'equipment grounding' for let-go protection.

I have never seen a breaker but there are 3 phase GFCI's available. We have been looking into them but haven't purchased any yet.<br>
