Figuring a commecial Laundry mat

I have never figured a commercial laundry mat is there any diversity allow for the total number of washers and dryers? HELP PLEASE

No demand factors for this install that I know of.

Washers and dryers at 100% and lighting (continuous load) at 125%.

I was of the same opinion - no diversity for washer or Dryers - thanks for the conformation - any other thoughts about a laundry mat electrical installation?

In multifamily dwelling with laundry in each unit, the chances of every tenant doing laundry at the same time is not that great in comparison to a laundromat where it could easily be expected to have all units operating at same time.
