I'm a novice in the MV world and need help in determining the KVA rating of an 11kv Pri. - 400/230V 50Hz Sec. Transformer. The drawings show two different KVA's for the transformer. One for the primary and one for the secondary. I assume that the difference is the internal impedence of the xfmr but I want to make sure I didn't miss something. Any help is appreciated.

It is not one for the primary and one for the secondary, it is just a dual rating, likely one for forced air, or perhaps different temp rise. Post all the nameplate info and I can clarify.
