LFMC in plenums

Is it permissible to run LFMC in return plenum or raised computer room floor with air flow.

Drop down to condition (4) and it will references 645.4.(2) the HVACR system serving the raised floor.

Raised floors can have rubber cords also but I just don't see raised floors being synonymous to ceilings

The OP is clearly asking about a raised floor in a computer room with air in the floor, which is an air handling space and Article 645 applies and allows LFMC
