Industrial Work

Does the sequence of electrical industrial install differ a little from a commercial job? I know typically the electrical is one of the last people for coordination. Usually HVAC/plumbers show their stuff on the drawings and then we have to work around that.

Not in my limited experience. Mechanical, plumbing, and sprinkler usually get first dibs.

In REAL industrial work the owner's engineer designs the installation to sufficient detail that contractors don't have to fight for space - of course there are minor hiccups, but serious conflicts don't occur when sufficient engineering is performed.
