For a slab on grade would you run the conduits in the dirt ot in the slab or could it be done either way? But there is no decking to lay the conduits on so I guess they could not be in the slab. Thanks.

I run the conduit in the stone under the slab. Depending on the thickness of the conduit and the slab you may not be allowed to run it in the slab.

1. The conduit will float and get pushed around by the concrete.

2. Future saw cuts will cause real damage.

Can you do it? Yes. Should you do it? Probably not. It is of course, conditional.

Thanks but would there be such a thing as conduits in slab on grade? How would they be in slab? If you just laid them down and they poured the slab?
