150 kw generator

Would a 150 kw generator run 36 condos. Twelve have 200 amp services and twenty four have 100 amp services

If it is a 120/240 volt, single phase generator, it would allow each tenant to run two 20 amp circuits. If they all have electric heat, electric clothes dryers, electric water heaters, and electric ranges, I think that small a generator would fall a bit short of handling the load. You really need to start by calculating the load.

I agree with Charlie and would add, UPS's, pumps, AC's, basically anything with a motor or compressor, will add more problems, There are also a number of other things to consider when sizing generators.
