Heating Panels ???

I was asked talking to anothe electrician about heating panels he found in the ceiling of a mobile home... he said the residential building wire went into a plastic connector attached to the heating panel.... proper connector for heating panels?

He didn't know because the writing aparrently was facing down in the drywall...

I remember that crap electric radiant heat matt that went into the ceiling.
I think we cut those connectors off and used 4'' sq with blanks.
I also recall it failed in a short time and was known to cause fires.:slaphead:
It didn't seem much different than that crap electric radiant that we put in tile bath floors now.:thumbsdown:
