What part of 220.5(A) is escaping you?

Unless the ANSI voltages are the same as listed in 220.6(A) it would be a violation to use them for calculations for NEC work.

If you use nominal voltage rating per NEC,you will get minimum values for branch circuit conductor sizes.But if you use ANSI recommendation, you will get higher values for branch circuit conductor sizes.NEC does not object about using higher sizes than its stipulated minimum sizes.Does it?

Depends on whether your local utilization voltage is higher or lower than the nominal value with NEC. You're playing on one side there, so my answer to your tag question is NO.
