Does anybody know where to get a chart or a list of panel/equipment dimensions for the following?

Transformers
CT Cabinets
Disconnect switches,
Panelboards
ATS

We need to incorporate dimensions now on Revit drawings. I think a list will be very beneficial for Revit users. We are in the beginning stage and some of the Revit family on manufacturers' sites are confusing.

No chart. There are no specific size requirements, there are only requirements for wire bending space and air volume for heat dissipation. How a specific mfr meets those requirements is totally up to them and the marketplace. As a general rule, there are going to be some general size issues for some of that because the cost of materials pretty much dictates that people use the minimum amounts unless specifically required otherwise. Plus, keeping to some general common standards makes retrofits easier. So for example you will find that most Switchgear / Switchboards / Motor Control Centers are 90" high maximum and similar gear from one mfr. to the next may end up generally the same width and depth. But that's about as far as any standardization goes.

Specific to the CT cabinets though, some utilities (and utility groups like EUSERC) do have specific dimensional requirements for their CT cabinets But again they will be minimums, not exact sizes.

As much as I hate it, what I have seen a lot of CEs do is to specify dimensions around a specific common brand of gear, then put a specification in that says the bidder is responsible for assessing and absorbing the cost impact of substitution.
