UL For Mobile Generatos?

I have heard arguments both ways whether mobile generators on wheels, or skid mounted, with cables connect by plugs, need to be UL 2200 or not. I have heard from one source that they don't and never will be, but some users insist on applying this requirement to their specs. Anyone know the real story on this?

UL2200 - STATIONARY ENGINE GENERATOR ASSEMBLIES

UL2201 - PORTABLE ENGINE GENERATOR ASSEMBLIES

There are comparable and identical requirements that apply to both, but each is a distinct product standard.

Looking at the list of UL standards, I don't see anything that shows UL2100. The manufacturer I deal with swears there is none??? I'm curious.
