Electrical Service Contracts?

I'm curious to see if anyone does residential electrical service contracts anywhere? If not, why not? If you do, maybe give some insight to what works, what doesn't, good experiences, bad experiences, ideal customer, etc. Also any input on commercial service contracts would be great. If you're not really wanting to let all your secrets out to local competition please send a private message. I am very interested so if you can offer anything i would really appreciate it! Ive heard of a company called leak guard they do plumbing I know someone who did there work for them and they had electrical also. See what they have to offer and do the same thing...........

there is always lots of fine print to ensure your success and make sure its smaller than this.

Some say the term "maintenance agreement" is better to use than Contract
