Gym Reflectance values

Anyone with an idea as to the typical reflectance value of a gym floor? High school. Maybe a range?
20% seems low.

I never use more than 20% reflectance for floors. You never know what the final floor color is going to be. Even if you coordinate with the architects, there's a chance it would always change during construction.
