uf in pvc

Is uf 12-3 allowed to be installed in pvc for a pool pump if the bare insulated conductor is not used and the red is taped green.


I dont see in the code where it says you cant.

Yeah but what size is the wire?We're not allowed to "phase" tape anything smaller than 6 AWG.Right?

You not allowed to re-identify a grounded conductor 6 or smaller. I believe the Code is silent on phase identification
